We offer vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, breakdown support, and transport services within the UK. All services are subject to availability and safety conditions.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle location and details
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and legally recoverable
- Remain with the vehicle where safe to do so
- Maintain the vehicle roadworthy unless stated otherwise
3. Fees & Payments
- Pricing depends on distance, vehicle type, and service requirements
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, storage, or specialist recovery
- Payment is due upon service completion unless agreed otherwise
4. Damage & Liability
We take reasonable care in handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:
- Existing damage prior to recovery
- Hidden mechanical faults or deterioration during transport
- Loss of belongings left in the vehicle
Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided unless required by law.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time before dispatching a recovery team. Once en-route, a call-out fee may be charged to cover operational costs.
6. Delays & Safety
We aim to respond as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee specific arrival times. We may refuse or delay service where conditions are unsafe or unlawful.
7. Data Protection

9. Governing Law
